## Submission rules

Guidance needs no personal details. Confirm an enquiry summary and selected files before any submission. File transmission depends on the host; obtain permission before omitting files and use the secure upload link expected by email after processing. Do not retry an uncertain submission automatically. An enquiry requests review; it does not approve funding, secure a purchase commitment, begin recovery or file a lien. Existing-case lookup is not supported.
